Getting Involved At The Local Food & Paws Fest

At Markden Homes, the only thing we love more than getting involved with the communities in which we build is spending time in green open spaces with our dogs, so we jumped at the chance to combine the two at the @CheckleyPC Community Dog Show at Food & Paws Fest recently! 

Designed to celebrate National Dog Day, the day was filled with competitions, games and obedience sessions for dogs, and face painting, archery, food and drinks for their two-legged companions.

The event took place in Jubilee Park near our Tean Valley development in Stoke-on-Trent. Like all our developments, Tean Valley’s location was carefully chosen to provide residents with easy access to the area’s stunning countryside and a wide range of dog walking trails. 

And, if approved, the next phase of Tean Valley’s development will see us adding a trim trail that will connect to existing footpaths and provide another excellent route for the local area’s dog walkers!
