Exciting news for local residents looking to buy their dream home – we’re hosting two FREE open day events on Saturday 16th and Sunday 17th November at our Tean Valley View development in Staffordshire!

Domus Collection sales criteria, November 2024.

To qualify for a property from our Domus collection, you need to satisfy certain criteria as required by the local authority and outlined below. Don’t worry if you have any questions – our Sales Manager, Bev Murphy, and her Sales Team will be happy to guide you through the qualification process!

1. You should have a connection to the local area, so you must be at least one of the following:

  • • A person who has been a Cheadle resident for a minimum of five years
  • • A person who can demonstrate a local connection to – or who has a family association within – the Cheadle area
  • • Employed in the Cheadle area

2. Your maximum annual household income must be less than £80,000, but please speak with Bev or our independent financial advisors.

3. We have to let the local authority know about your current housing circumstances, so please speak with Bev or any of the sales team on site about this.
